What does eStaffing Hire cost an employer?
Nothing to join and nothing to post. You pay the placement fee you set on the role, and nothing on top of it. Our 10% comes out of the recruiter’s side after you have paid, so it never appears on your invoice as an extra.
How long does a recruiter own a candidate they submitted?
182 days from the submission the platform recorded. If the employer hires that candidate within the window — for that role or another, directly or through anyone else — the fee is due. Both sides can see the date it ends.
What happens if the person leaves soon after joining?
Every role carries a guarantee period the employer sets, commonly 30 to 90 days, and the remedy is stated on the role: a free replacement, a prorated credit, or a full credit. Report the departure through the platform within 14 days of their last working day.
Who can see and work a role I post?
You choose when you post it: every recruiter on the platform, only named groups of desks you trust, or tiers that open in waves so a first group has a head start before the rest. You can change it later without reposting.
Do candidates know they are being put forward?
Yes. A candidate is asked for their right to represent and must agree before they are presented to an employer. Until they agree, the employer does not see them. The consent and its timestamps are kept as evidence.
What if we already knew the candidate?
Raise a prior-contact claim through the platform with dated evidence from before the submission — an application, an interview, an earlier CV. If it is validated, no fee is due for that introduction.
How is this different from a bounty job board?
The commercial terms are fixed and visible before anyone works the role, the candidate protection period is recorded and counted by the platform rather than argued about later, and you hold one agreement and receive one invoice from eStaffing however many desks are working for you.
Which eStaffing company will I be contracting with?
Your country decides. Customers in India contract with Masotech eStaffing Private Limited in Dehradun and are invoiced with GST; everyone else contracts with eStaffing Inc. in Allen, Texas. It is always the entity that invoices you.
How safe is our data, and our candidates’ data?
Two-factor sign-in is mandatory on every account, and each organisation’s records are isolated at the database level so one customer’s query cannot reach another’s rows. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified and do not claim to be.
Something is wrong with an invoice. What happens?
Raise a dispute through the platform within 10 business days of the invoice date. We decide within 15 business days, the disputed amount is held while it runs, and both deadlines are shown on screen so nobody has to count them.
A person answers, usually within a few hours.
